What a week!!

What a week!! Honestly, we didn't have too much going on here this week, buttttt that doesn't mean it wasn't a good one!! My companion and I have been working a tonnnnn recently and man, It's pretty awesome to be here in the city!!

This week, we had Zone Conference!! We learned a ton about how we can help others, and how we can use our time more wisely. I also had the opportunity to talk with everyone about the importance of conversion and not just baptism. It was a super cool experience and I'm so glad I was able to go! Oh!! This week we had 3 of the people we are teaching assist the sacrament meeting!!!! Pretty cool righhhhhhtttttt???!!! And even cooler, sounds like Benito also had 3 new people in teaching assist!! I'm so glad to hear that my little town of Benito is growing big and strong and my massive city of Juarez is getting wiser!! Hahah

Welllll, before I go just thought I'd share a scripture with yall... this scripture is found in the Book of Mormon, specifically in Moroni chapter 10:5. Now this scripture is super popular among missionaries and... well... I'm a missionary, sooo I'd like to share and invite you to read and ponder what you learn.

First and foremost, in this chapter, a prophet named Moroni, knows that he's running out of time, and he wants everyone who reads the Book of Mormon to do a few things in order to receive a testimony that it is true. So as you read I encourage you to look for 3 things. 1, what should we ask God in prayer? 2, what is necessary to receive an answer? And 3, how will we receive an answer?

4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.

5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

I know that sometimes we might have concerns, questions, or even doubts, but the truth is, as we are willing to humble ourselves, and with a "sincere heart, with real intent, [and] having faith in Christ", asking our Loving Heavenly Father for his spirit to testify of the truthfulness of the gospel, we really can know the truth of all things.

I know this is true. I have done this many times and have invited so many people to do the same. I have seen their lives change and I believe that is the greatest blessing of my whole mission.

I love you all soooooooooo much and I challenge you, if you haven't received a witness that the Book of Mormon is true, or that the gospel is restored, ask, and I promise that you will receive an answer as you follow Moroni's council!!

Once again, love you all a tonnnnn and have an amazing week, but dont have too much fun, without me!!
